Every year, a talent search exam is held across the state of Bihar by the Department of Science and Technology and the Bihar Council for Science and Technology(BCST) to identify the state's top math students. On National Mathematics Day, the chosen candidates receive awards. Every year in the month of December, the Srinivas Ramanujan Talent Search Test in Mathematics (SRTSM) is held. The exam is open to all sixth through twelfth grade students. All Government Engineering Colleges and Polytechnic Institutes in the 38 Districts of Bihar will host the talent search test, and the online examination portal system will be used to create the merit list.

SRTSTM Exam 2022 Question Pattern - The SRTSTM - 2022 Online Test will be cloud-based. There will be 25 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) worth 100 marks on the paper, and you will have 60 minutes to complete them. One-fourth of the total marks given for the question will be deducted for each incorrect response. If numerous students receive the same amount of marks, a merit list will be created based on how long it took each student to complete the question paper.
